Are you hoping to raise funds to support a charity or worthy cause in your community? Would a full-service solution help save time?
The Lucan Gospel Choir have a full fundraising package which helps foundations raise up to €5000* which can go directly to supporting their cause. The Lucan Gospel Choir Fundraising Package compromises of a 2 hour show including a 20 minute interval, or a 90 minute show without an interval. The show will feature our full gospel choir with complete staging and promotional materials provided and we only ask that you pay the production costs.
As part of the package we will provide;
- Lucan Gospel Choir (free of charge)
- Provide Posters & Flyers design and print (10 x A3, 20 x A4, 500 xA7)
- Tickets for the concert professionally printed
- Full Sound System and Engineer
- Stage lighting rig.
- Technical staff required to set up the show
What you need to do;
- Provide a suitable comfortable venue, with venue access from mid-day.
- An audience (the choir does not sell any tickets themselves for charity concerts all tickets must be sold by the charity).
- A raffle at the interval (this usually covers the cost of the concert)
Cost to the Foundation; – €795.00
Choir services are free of charge, fee covers printing costs, Sound Equipment, concert lighting and tech operators.
Please note this is a very cost effective complete fundraiser solution and we cannot remove or substitute any elements of the package or alter the cost. We can however perform at venues where all of the above is provided at a much reduced rate please contact us for more information.
*We would normally suggest a ticket price of €10, keeping prices low increases sales and increase sales for your raffle. This means a 500 seater venue can raise over €5000.00 for your foundation. The raffle normally covers the cost of the concert.
